Build homes. Build communities. Build your future.
Are you looking for an opportunity to start a career where you can see the real impact of your work? At Bromford Flagship LiveWest (BFL), we’re committed to providing safe, secure and affordable homes that help people thrive. As an Apprentice Project Manager within our New Homes team, you’ll gain hands‑on experience supporting the delivery of residential housing developments while working towards a Level 4 Associate Project Manager qualification.
You’ll be supported every step of the way by a dedicated mentor and experienced colleagues who will help you develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to build a successful career in project management.
This is more than an apprenticeship. It’s an opportunity to learn from industry professionals, gain a recognised qualification and play a part in providing homes that make a lasting difference to people’s lives.
Please note: This apprenticeship is designed for individuals who are new to project management. If you already hold a PRINCE2 qualification or a recognised Project Management qualification at an equivalent or higher level, you may not be eligible for this programme.
Throughout the apprenticeship you’ll receive structured learning, on-the-job training and support to help you develop your knowledge and confidence.
You don’t need previous housing development experience to apply.
We’re looking for someone who is curious, motivated and eager to learn. You’ll enjoy solving problems, working with others and paying attention to detail.
At BFL, we’re building thousands of new homes and investing in the communities we serve. You’ll be joining an organisation that’s ambitious about the future and committed to developing its people.
