Job summary

Bromford Flagship LiveWest offers a 2-year fixed-term apprenticeship for an Apprentice Project Manager within the New Homes team, combining on-the-job delivery with study toward a Level 4 Associate Project Manager qualification.

You’ll be supported by mentors and experienced colleagues as you develop knowledge, skills and confidence to build a successful career in project management, with travel to development sites.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
• Commitment to learning through Level 4 Associate Project Manager apprenticeship.
• Studies in construction, the built environment, housing, law or project management.
• Interest in pursuing professional qualifications such as APM, RICS or CIOB.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of housing developments.
• Learn how projects are appraised, approved and monitored.
• Develop understanding of project finances, forecasting and budgets.
• Support contract, legal and compliance processes.
• Build relationships with colleagues, contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Attend development sites and project meetings.
• Maintain accurate project information and records.
• Contribute to projects delivering high-quality homes and value for customers.
