Suffolk County Council is offering an Apprenticeship as an Apprentice Pensions Assistant in Ipswich. You will join the Pensions Helpdesk, delivering first point of contact support to members and helping the team meet service level agreements with scheme employers.
The programme runs for 17 months with Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner training, including DBS checks where required, and a commitment to safeguarding.
