Job summary

Partou is seeking an Apprentice Nursery Practitioner to join our Leeds settings. You will train as an Early Years Practitioner while working towards a Level 2 apprenticeship, earning £12.26 per hour and progressing with accredited training.

You’ll observe experienced staff, undertake duties such as recording progress, safeguarding, and maintaining a safe, healthy environment. Realise Training delivers the Level 2 pathway over 12 months.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths/English grade 3 or equivalent, or willingness to work towards the required level of functional skills alongside the apprenticeship.
• Some experience working with babies or children under the age of five is desirable

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain children’s records as part of daily tasks.
• Develop understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Share responsibility for health, safety, cleanliness and wellbeing of the children.
• Support planning and delivering activities in line with EYFS.
