Job summary

Partou is offering an apprenticeship programme to train as an Early Years Practitioner while earning and learning in a supportive environment. Apprentices observe experienced practitioners, take on meaningful responsibilities, and are mentored by qualified staff to deliver activities aligned with the EYFS.

The role involves planning and maintaining children’s records, understanding safeguarding, and sharing responsibility for the health, safety, cleanliness and wellbeing of the children.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain children’s records in line with EYFS.
• Develop an understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Share responsibility for health, safety, cleanliness and wellbeing of the children.
• Build relationships with children, parents and colleagues and help plan activities.
