Job summary

Realise Training Group is offering a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship in Wirral. You will train while working, observe experienced staff, and take on responsibilities like recording children's progress and safeguarding, while developing professionally.

You will be supported by qualified staff and learn to plan activities following EYFS, with comprehensive benefits and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

GCSE Maths/English grade 3 or equivalent, or willingness to work towards the required level of functional skills alongside the apprenticeship.
Some experience working with babies or children under the age of five - desirable
Articulate and friendly
Patient and punctual

Responsibilities

Assist with planning and maintaining children's records.
Understand safeguarding policies and apply them.
Support health, safety, cleanliness and overall wellbeing of the children.
Plan and deliver activities in line with the EYFS.
Be mentored by qualified staff and build relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
