Marston Holdings Limited is recruiting an Apprentice Customer Service Agent based in Inverness. You will engage with customers across multiple channels, helping them find solutions from payments to queries, while receiving guidance and progressing through development pathways.

You will handle cases via calls, live chat, email and letters, with training provided to grow in a supportive contact centre environment and progress within the company’s development pathway.

Qualifications

• Experience of handling customer queries.
• Effective communication and organisational skills.
• Good understanding and use of Microsoft Office Applications.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Be committed to attending training sessions and 1-2-1’s with the training provider.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer cases via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, email and letters.
• Assist customers to find solutions, including payments and payment plans.
• Support customers through the service channels with coaching as they progress.
