While working for the dealership, the program is delivered via 3 one-week training blocks at the Toyota/Lexus Academy and fortnightly remote training sessions. The program targets and develops high-caliber people like you, who may have recently completed their education and are seeking the first rung of the ladder in a professional career. Upon successful completion, you will gain the Retailer Standard Level 2.

You will earn as you learn, because from Day 1 you will receive a competitive salary. Additionally, upon graduation, you will be rewarded immediately with a benefits package and performance-related bonuses.
