Job summary

You will support front-of-house customer service tasks, learn communication and problem-solving, and liaise with workshop teams to ensure smooth service experiences. On completion, opportunities within Renault Trucks and Volvo Group await.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn processes and adapt to new systems.
• Commitment to completing End Point Assessment (EPA).
