Renault Trucks Avonmouth is seeking an Apprentice Service Advisor (CSR) for a 12-month programme, followed by a 3-month EPA period. You will learn front-of-house customer service, develop communication and problem-solving skills, and prepare for the End Point Assessment.

The role of a CSR within Renault Truck Commercials provides the first impression to our customers, either by phone or face to face when they come into the dealership. This role is a key link between the customer, the workshop, invoicing and the Manager, so excellent communication skills are at the core of a CSR's role. There will also be computer systems to learn alongside working on Microsoft applications including Teams.
Whilst undertaking the apprenticeship, you will be on site working alongside our team of CSRs, Parts Advisors, Workshop Manager and liaising with many internal stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career within the global brand of Renault Trucks.
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm (40 hours a week)
