Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an Apprentice Receptionist and Care Navigator to join our friendly reception team. You will have daily face-to-face and telephone contact with patients and work closely with our Admin and healthcare colleagues.

You’ll be trained to provide Care Navigation, gather information to arrange the most appropriate care, complete prescription requests, and handle general office duties such as scanning letters, filing, and photocopying.

Responsibilities

• Face-to-face and telephone contact with patients.
• Work in Reception & Care Navigation team.
• Support and liaise with Admin and healthcare team of over forty people.
• Training to provide Care Navigation and obtain information to arrange appropriate care.
• Complete prescription requests.
• General office duties and administration: scanning letters, filing, photocopying.
