You’ll be trained to provide Care Navigation, gather information to arrange the most appropriate care, complete prescription requests, and handle general office duties such as scanning letters, filing, and photocopying.

Apprentice Receptionist and Care Navigator

The role involves daily face to face and telephone contact with patients, working within our friendly Reception & Care Navigation team. Supporting and liaising with our Admin and healthcare team of over forty people. You will be trained to: Offer Care Navigation to patients, obtaining information in order to ensure you arrange the most appropriate care for patients. Complete prescription requests. You will also be involved in general office duties and administration - processing tasks from clinical staff within the practice, scanning letters, filing, and photocopying.
