Job summary

SOCOTEC UK & Ireland is seeking an Apprentice Business Administrator to support the Environment & Safety Division. You will assist with administrative tasks, coordinate appointments, and help set up new projects and client records while maintaining filing systems.

The role offers growth opportunities within a multinational TIC services provider. The position emphasises reliability, proactivity, and teamwork, with training provided and opportunities across disciplines.

We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and flexible Apprentice Business Administrator to join our Asbestos department. In this role, you’ll need the confidence to work independently, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.

The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):

• Arranging appointments with field staff and the client & ensuring all documents are prepared
• Setting up new projects and client details onto in house database
• Maintain the office filing/archiving system in both hard and electronic format
