Paul Rigby Ltd in Birmingham is seeking an Apprentice Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. This full-time, permanent apprenticeship offers hands-on training in day-to-day accounting activities, with structured development within a supportive workplace.

You will assist with invoices, ledgers and expense records, gaining exposure to our accounting software and financial reports while building essential numerical and organisational skills for a career in accountancy.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C/4 or higher.
• Interest in accountancy with willingness to learn.
• Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and purchase orders accurately.

The Role

As an Apprentice Accounts Assistant, you will be an integral part of our finance team, supporting day-to-day accounting activities and gaining hands‑on experience in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with processing invoices and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
