Job summary

Catch 22 is assisting in the recruitment of an experienced Facilities Manager to cover a 3-month fixed-term contract across a diverse portfolio in Greater Manchester. You will be the go-to for day-to-day FM operations, contractor management and occupier relationships across multiple sites.

The role requires IOSH qualification, a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites, with a salary circa £40,000–£45,000 depending on experience. Immediate availability is preferred.

Catch 22 are supporting a leading property management company in the search for an experienced Facilities Manager on a 3-month fixed-term contract.

This is a varied role covering a Building Manager vacancy while also supporting a portfolio of commercial properties across Greater Manchester. You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day FM operations, contractor management, compliance and occupier relationships across multiple sites. The client has advised that the role will cover various temporary Building Manager positions and provide support across other vacancies within the portfolio. An IOSH qualification and must have driving licence with access to own car are requirements.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing cover and support across a range of Building Manager sites
