Job summary

Catch 22 are supporting a leading property management company in the search for an experienced Facilities Manager on a 3-month fixed-term contract across Greater Manchester. You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day FM operations, contractor management, health and safety compliance and occupier relationships across multiple sites, with responsibility for site inspections and issue resolution.

IOSH qualification and a valid UK driving licence with access to your own car are required; immediate

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, building or property management.
• IOSH qualification.
• Full UK driving licence with access to own car and willingness to travel between sites.
• Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills.
• Available at short notice or immediately.

Responsibilities

• Managing contractors and service delivery.
• Ensuring health & safety and statutory compliance.
• Building strong occupier and stakeholder relationships.
• Conducting site inspections and resolving operational issues.
• Providing cover and support across a range of Building Manager sites.
