Job summary

Catch 22 is assisting in the recruitment of an experienced Facilities Manager to cover a 3-month fixed-term contract across a diverse portfolio in Greater Manchester. You will be the go-to for day-to-day FM operations, contractor management and occupier relationships across multiple sites.

The role requires IOSH qualification, a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites, with a salary circa £40,000–£45,000 depending on experience. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, building or property management.
• IOSH qualified.
• Full UK driving licence and willing to travel between sites.
• Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills.
• Available at short notice or immediately.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple commercial properties across Greater Manchester.
• Manage contractors and service delivery.
• Ensure health & safety and statutory compliance.
• Build occupier and stakeholder relationships.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve operational issues.
• Provide cover across Building Manager sites.
