Job summary

Catch 22 are supporting a leading property management company in the search for an experienced Facilities Manager on a 3-month fixed-term contract across Greater Manchester. You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day FM operations, contractor management, health and safety compliance and occupier relationships across multiple sites, with responsibility for site inspections and issue resolution.

IOSH qualification and a valid UK driving licence with access to your own car are required; immediate

• Experience in facilities, building or property management.
• IOSH qualification.
• Full UK driving licence with access to own car and willingness to travel between sites.
• Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills.
• Available at short notice or immediately.

Catch 22 are supporting a leading property management company in the search for an experienced Facilities Manager on a 3-month fixed-term contract.

This is a varied role covering a Building Manager vacancy while also supporting a portfolio of commercial properties across Greater Manchester. You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day FM operations, contractor management, compliance and occupier relationships across multiple sites. The client has advised that the role will cover various temporary Building Manager positions and provide support across other vacancies within the portfolio. An IOSH qualification and must have driving licence with access to own car are requirements.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting multiple commercial properties across Greater Manchester

About you:

• Facilities, Building or Property Management experience
