Churchill Retirement Living is seeking an Applications Support Analyst to act as an inhouse system administrator for hosted applications. You will work with our IT team to resolve service desk tickets, maintain documentation, and support day‑to‑day operations across Qube, Civica CX, COINS and PeopleHR.

Based at our Ringwood Head Office, you’ll contribute to upgrade planning, UAT management, and user onboarding via the in‑house training academy.

Formación

• Experience supporting and advising a business to maximise system capabilities.
• Knowledge of Qube, Civica CX, COINS or PeopleHR preferred.
• Ability to create detailed documentation and maintain technical procedures.
• Experience with SaaS and third‑party applications in a commercial setting.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve service desk tickets for assigned applications and document resolutions.
• Maintain and update technical documents and procedures.
• Support business with system reports and day‑to‑day operations.
• Propose maintenance and upgrade schedules for review.
• Lead system upgrade tasks including UAT management.
• Support onboarding of new application users with the training academy.
• Provide guidance to users to maximise technology efficiencies.
