Confidential in Southend-on-Sea is seeking a Qube Systems Administrator / Developer to maintain the Qube property management system while expanding their skills in software development and automation. This hybrid role offers hands-on work within a small technology team and exposure to modern automation tools.

You will collaborate with the technology lead on the three-year transition plan, contribute to future systems development, provide technical support, document processes, and help with data

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Qube property management software and system administration.
• Understanding of property management processes.
• Interest in expanding skills beyond Qube administration.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and communicate with stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn Python, JavaScript, SQL or other development technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Qube system, providing technical support and resolving issues.
• Support system improvements, reporting and data management.
• Assist with software development, automation and systems integration projects.
• Work with the technology lead to support future technology initiatives.
• Maintain system documentation and follow data security procedures.
