Qualifications

• Masters degree and relevant industrial experience, or a PhD.
• Experience with scientific instrumentation, signal processing and waveform analysis.
• Semiconductor industry experience (advantageous) in areas like GHz TDR, Terahertz, lasers, optics or robotics would be beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers.
• Deliver product demonstrations and training to customers.
• Install, set up, test, debug and develop scientific instrumentation.
• Support customers with data interpretation and technical troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to feed customer requirements into future product development.
• Attend trade shows and customer sites and technical events.
• Travel internationally up to 50% of the role.
