• Solid applications support experience and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with HR (iTrent), Finance (Intuita), Expenses (SAP Concur) and other Enterprise Apps.
• ITIL Service Management principles knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day support for end users across Wates Group via ServiceNow.
• Learning and supporting a wide variety of business software applications.
