Job summary

RedRock Resourcing is seeking an Applications Specialist to support and develop a portfolio of business systems across the organisation in the Midlands. You will work closely with technical teams and end users to deliver real business value.

The role offers exposure to a wide range of technologies, with opportunities to optimise systems, implement upgrades and improve data management while maintaining security and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise or line-of-business applications.
• Proficiency in SQL and querying databases.
• Experience with APIs and systems integration.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management tools (Jira, Helix, ServiceNow or similar).
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot applications.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities
