Job summary

Wates Group is seeking an experienced Applications Support Analyst for our Leatherhead Head Office to support software across the Wates Group. You will troubleshoot and provide day-to-day end-user support, with exposure to HR (iTrent), Finance (Intuita) and other enterprise apps like SAP Concur, SharePoint, Teams, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Strong communication, documentation skills and ITIL service management knowledge are essential as you engage with business users and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Solid applications support experience and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with HR,Finance and other Enterprise Applications is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office desktop apps including Visio; ITIL aware.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day end-user support across the group via ServiceNow.
• Learn and support a wide variety of business software applications.
• Act as primary point of contact for administrative support.
• Manage patching, upgrades and compliance with stakeholders.
• Analyse business-driven change requests and assess impact and cost.
