Job summary

Profectus Recruitment client seeks an Application Support Engineer to join their internal technology team. Office-based with occasional travel, you will provide day-to-day support for key business applications and coordinate system updates.

You will work with internal stakeholders and third-party software providers to resolve issues, test features and contribute to ongoing improvements while maintaining documentation and data quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Application Support, Systems Support or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical users.
• Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard desktop applications.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities
