Qualifications

• Educated to Bachelors' or Masters' degree level in Engineering.
• Impressive track record in application engineering and engineering management.
• Experience in filtration, pumps, valves, or pressure vessels is desirable.
• Demonstrable achievement in leading an engineering team.
• Inspiring, motivating people manager keen to develop a team.
• Exposure to projects in the Middle East is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth within the projects business and maintain a regular flow of orders.
• Work closely with international sales teams and tailor bids.
• Ensure the applications engineering team provides optimum value.
• Liaise and influence on an international basis.
• Help the business hit key KPIs around RFQ submissions.
• Mentor and coach the applications engineering team.
