The role emphasizes coordinating with sales, engineering, and procurement to ensure accurate quotations, tender responses, and environmental documentation while maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Engineering knowledge to HND/degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Application Engineering experience.
• Ability to work with different groups within Airedale.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and coordinate bid responses.
• Prepare quotes, proposals and technical & environmental docs.
• Liaise with procurement, warehouse, engineering and project teams.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Build strong relationships with key customers.
• Schedule meetings, site visits and travel arrangements.
• Communicate updates on orders, quotations and project schedules.
• Support customer retention and post-sale activities.

Education

Engineering knowledge to HND / degree, or similar

3 years plus Application Engineering experience

Ability to work with different groups within Airedale

Problem solving skills to overcome challenging obstacles
