Qualifications

• Engineering knowledge to HND / degree, or similar.
• 3 years plus Application Engineering experience.
• Ability to work with different groups within Airedale.
• Problem solving skills to overcome challenging obstacles.

Responsibilities

• Provide bid management and technical support to the sales team from enquiry to project delivery.
• Prepare and submit tender responses, quotes, and technical/environmental documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, engineering and project teams for order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and proactively communicate updates on orders and schedules.
