Job summary

Executive Integrity is seeking an Application Support Consultant to assist customers using ERP modules such as Accounting, Stock, CRM, E-Commerce, BI and SCM. You will troubleshoot issues, document findings and recommend practical solutions to maximise ERP value.

Join the Customer Success Office to help clients optimise their ERP investments, translate business needs into technical actions and deliver high-quality support under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounting, ERP or business management software.
• Degree in Computer Science, Accounting or Business.
• Strong financial/management reporting knowledge.
• Experience with SQL Server and MySQL databases.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools.
• Familiarity with FTP/SFTP and SSL, and with Excel/CSV data exchanges.

Scope of Role

The Application Support Consultant will support customers using Accounting, Stock, CRM, E-Commerce, Business Intelligence and Supply Chain Management modules within the company's ERP software.

As part of the Customer Success Office, you'll troubleshoot technical and operational issues, identify solutions, and help customers maximise their ERP investment.
