ERP Application Support Consultant required. My client is an established ERP Software Development and integration company that sells, develops, and supports priority ERP across Europe, Australia, Israel, and the US. With over 30 years of experience and more than 1000 international customers, they assist both small companies new to ERP and medium to large companies replacing legacy systems.

They are looking for an Application Support Consultant to join their office in Eastleigh, Hampshire. The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager. This role requires a hands-on ERP expert with problem-solving skills. You will support current environments and work on new implementations across the UK.

Prospective employees will receive comprehensive ERP training. The ideal candidate is ambitious and eager to progress into an ERP Consulting role after learning the product.

Requirements

The role involves:

1. Taking phone calls from clients, understanding their issues, and logging service calls in Priority.
2. Responding to client inquiries.
3. Owning each case, working through problems thoroughly and logically.
4. Using SQL to interrogate issues and advising developers when needed.
