A leading company in advanced composites is seeking an Application Support Analyst to provide first and second-line support for business applications. The role involves troubleshooting, managing user access, and delivering training on internal systems. Successful candidates will have experience with ERP and CRM applications, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
As our new Application Support Analyst, you will provide first and second-line support for our core business applications. You will be responsible for troubleshooting user issues, managing system access and setting up new users. This role also involves delivering training and support for internally developed small business systems.
You will be a tech savvy problem solver who enjoys working with business-critical applications, keeping them running smoothly.
