Job summary

A Southampton/Jersey based law firm is seeking an Applications Support Analyst on a permanent basis to drive business improvement and support corporate services applications.

You will analyse business requirements, deliver technology-enabled solutions, automate workflows with Power Automate, create dashboards in Power BI, and troubleshoot issues to ensure successful delivery and adoption of systems.

Qualifications

• Several years' experience in providing application support and development with SQL.
• Experience using Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI for automation workflows and dashboards.
• Experience in data transformation and manipulation using SQL is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide support activities on the applications for the Corporate Services business.
• Deliver workflow automation, system integrations, dashboard development, reporting solutions and data visualisation to improve business outcomes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and respond to requests for support; analyse root causes and propose permanent solutions.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and respond to requests for support when required. Analyse root causes of common and recurring issues and propose permanent solutions.

• Multiple years' experience in providing application support and development working with SQL.
• Working knowledge of using Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI to provide automation workflows & dashboards.
• Experience in data transformation and manipulation using SQL would be advantageous.
