Job summary

Fitch Ratings, Inc. in London is seeking an Application Lead - HCM to steer SAP SuccessFactors and related HR technology initiatives for a global workforce. You will lead a team of HR tech analysts and developers, manage backlogs, requirements, testing, UAT, and deployment.

The role drives an AI-first automation agenda with Joule, Copilot agents and UiPath, while overseeing HR system integrations and data security. Hybrid work in London is expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of HR tech/HRIS experience including 3+ years leading SAP SuccessFactors configuration.
• Deep expertise in Employee Central and knowledge of two additional modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession, Compensation or Time Off).
• Proven experience managing HR integrations and delivering releases using Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fitch’s SAP SuccessFactors and HR technology portfolio, owning enhancements, releases and BAU support for a global workforce.
• Lead and develop a global team of HR technology analysts and developers, managing intake, requirements, testing, UAT sign-off and production deployment.
• Drive AI-first automation initiatives using SAP Joule, Copilot agents and UiPath to streamline HR operations.
