Job summary

Fitch Group is seeking an Application Lead - HCM in London to lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation and BAU support for a global workforce. You will drive HR technology strategy, partner with HR Product, and oversee a team of analysts and developers.

The role emphasizes automation, data governance, and secure access, with collaboration across IT, HR, Finance and vendors within a hybrid London office setting.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of HR technology/HRIS experience, including 3+ years leading SAP SuccessFactors configuration.
• Experience managing global HR technology programs and teams.
• Proven experience with HR data governance and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors portfolio (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance) and BAU support for global workforce.
• Develop and govern intake, delivery lifecycle with HR Product using Jira/Confluence.
• Drive AI-first automation in HR operations and maintain data privacy and governance.
