Job summary

NEC Software Solutions is seeking a motivated data-entry administrator to support the NEC Appeals Service contract in the UK. You will receive postal appeals, input them into the CMS, and ensure accurate, timely data recording while liaising with appellants to gather required information.

You will also respond to queries from appellants and London Councils staff, and assist the service team with routine administrative tasks, including supporting adjudicators as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a contact/processing centre environment.
• Data entry with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers and colleagues.
• Team player who can work towards targets.
• Well organised with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive and input postal appeals into the CMS.
• Record data accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all appeal correspondence is available when needed.
• Liaise with appellants to obtain required information.
• Respond to queries from appellants and London Councils staff.
• Assist adjudicators with light administrative tasks.
