Job summary

Right Now Group in Heathrow are seeking an experienced AOG Operator to manage urgent air freight from collection through to final delivery. You will coordinate airline bookings, liaise with airlines and customers, and ensure SLAs are met in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires knowledge of air export procedures, strong communication skills and meticulous record-keeping. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with a salary of £37,000-£40,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in Air Freight Operations, ideally AOG or Time Critical
• Excellent understanding of air export procedures and freight forwarding operations
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Managing AOG and time-critical shipments from start to finish.

• Monitoring shipments proactively and responding quickly to any operational issues.

• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous AOG or time‑critical freight experience who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and understands the importance of delivering exceptional customer service around the clock. You will play a key role in ensuring urgent shipments are managed efficiently from collection through to final delivery, providing customers with regular updates and solutions when every minute counts.

Location: Heathrow

Hours: Monday - Friday 12:00pm - 9:00pm

Salary: £37,000-£40,000

Key Duties AOG Operator:

• Managing AOG and time‑critical shipments from start to finish.
