B&H Worldwide are an award-winning global aerospace logistics provider based at Heathrow, UK. We seek an Operations Coordinator to complete shipments end‑to‑end within the AOG Operations team, ensuring excellent customer service and compliant documentation.

The role focuses on import/export handling, customs compliance, and using Cargowise to generate live jobs. Monday to Friday, with a competitive package and strong growth opportunities in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience with import/export processes and documentation.
• Strong understanding of UK customs law and procedures.
• Familiarity with Customs Declaration Service and Cargowise preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Handle import/export processes from quotation to shipment completion.
• Manage all documentation for import/export activities, including customs entries and delivery instructions.
• Provide excellent customer service via emails and calls, track shipments and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and billing within KPIs; keep customer data up to date.
• Ensure compliance with aviation requirements, health & safety, and Quality Management System.
• Provide quotations using Cargowise and convert them into live jobs, then follow up to secure business.
