Job summary

Green & Wolvin Recruitment is seeking a Freight Forwarder (Aerospace / AOG) for a hybrid role in Leicestershire. You will manage air freight bookings, export/import documentation, and coordinate with carriers to deliver time-sensitive aerospace shipments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in air freight forwarding, knowledge of INCOTerms, and experience with AOG. Occasional travel to Nottinghamshire and a strong customer service mindset are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in air freight forwarding.
• Pricing, quotation and planning for customer deliveries.
• Experience with AOG/aerospace sector is advantageous.
• Knowledge of INCOTerms is advantageous.
• Willing to commute to Nottinghamshire daily.

Responsibilities

• Manage air freight import and export bookings including pricing, quotations and documentation.
• Specialise in AOG and aerospace shipments from pricing to final mile.
• Handle both import and export air freight shipments.
• Prepare and raise customs documentation (ISF, COO, etc.).
• Coordinate with carriers and airlines for OTIF service.
• Provide export and import customs clearance services.
