B&H Worldwide is seeking an Operations Coordinator (Export) based at Heathrow, UK. The role covers end-to-end shipment processing, documentation, and customer service within the AOG Operations team. You will liaise with suppliers, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and support customers with timely updates.

The position requires knowledge of UK customs law, experience with Customs Declaration Service, and proficiency in Cargowise and MS Office. 4 on/4 off shifts from 07:00 to 19:00.

Qualifications

• Experience in import/export processes and customer service.
• Understanding of UK customs procedures and documentation.
• Familiarity with CargoWise and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle import/export processes from quotation to shipment completion.
• Manage all documentation including customs entries and delivery instructions.
• Provide timely customer service via email and phone; track shipments.
