Job summary

INDCORE is hiring a Customer Service Executive in Hatfield to join a friendly, award-winning team. You will handle inbound calls and sales inquiries, update CRM records, and build relationships to convert warm leads.

This permanent office-based role operates 8am-4:30pm and 10am-6:30pm with one Saturday in three, offering a competitive salary and perks such as free onsite parking and social events. Some Saturdays may be remote.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates high standards of customer service.
• Excellent verbal, written and listening communication.
• Able to work in a targeted role.
• Strong planning, organisation and analytical skills.
• Computer literate with basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound customer service calls and sales enquiries
• Setting up and updating customer records and maintaining the CRM database
• Making outbound calls, converting warm leads through building relationships with customers
• First line complaint resolution
• Completion of relevant administrative duties
