Job summary

RELX INC. in London seeks a Customer Success Consultant (SME) for analytical products to provide advanced product and domain expertise post-sale.

You will work with Customer Success Managers to deliver advisory support and thought leadership, ensuring value realization and adoption of Analytics solutions across complex customer journeys. Collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing and Education, you will address complex requirements, guide customers through change management and optimize

Qualifications

Strong consultative and stakeholder-management skills.
Background in research analytics, bibliometrics, or related field.
Excellent analytical and data storytelling abilities.
Strong English skills; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with CS Managers and Education teams to drive adoption of Analytics Products.
Maintain knowledge of Elsevier AI solutions and the generative AI landscape.
Support customers with complex use cases and process improvements.
Align capabilities with customer priorities and competitive positioning.
Provide advanced consultation, guidance and training as needed.
Assist with escalations and work with Product/Support to identify solutions.
Apply knowledge of bibliometrics to support use cases.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing and Education to share insights.
