Job summary

Elsevier is seeking a Customer Success Consultant (SME) – Analytical Products to deliver advanced product and domain expertise across analytics solutions. You will work with Customer Success Managers to address complex customer requirements and improve outcomes through collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing and Education teams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Elsevier Analytical Products.
• Background in research analytics or bibliometrics is desirable.
• Excellent English and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Customer Success Managers and Education teams to support adoption of Analytics Products like SciVal and Scopus.
• Maintain knowledge of Elsevier AI solutions and apply to customer needs.
• Support customers with complex use cases and change management to maximise value.
• Align Elsevier capabilities with customer priorities and position against competitors.
• Provide advanced consultation and training when deeper expertise is required.
• Assist with escalations, collaborating with Product and Support teams to identify solutions.
