Job summary

Elsevier is seeking a Customer Success Consultant (SME) – Analytical Products to provide advanced product and domain expertise across Elsevier analytics solutions after the post-sale journey. You will partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product and Education to address complex requirements and improve customer outcomes.

You will support adoption of Analytics Products (SciVal, Scopus) and stay abreast of AI solutions, delivering guidance, training and thought leadership with a deep product

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and domain expertise in Elsevier analytic products.
• Background in bibliometrics, scholarly publishing or information science.
• Excellent consultative and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Strong English skills; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Customer Success Managers and Education teams to support adoption of Analytics Products (SciVal, Scopus).
• Maintain knowledge of Elsevier AI solutions and apply to customer needs.
• Support complex use cases, change management and value realisation for customers.
• Align capabilities with customer priorities and position against competitors.
• Provide advanced consultation, guidance and training when necessary.
• Assist or lead complex customer escalations with Product and Support teams.
• Apply knowledge of bibliometrics and scholarly publishing to use cases.
• Collaborate to share insights and contribute to renewal and growth plans.
