• Experience analysing data to solve business problems and support decision-making.
• Ability to break down ambiguous questions and identify a practical way forward.
• Commercial understanding with ability to connect analysis to business performance and financial impact.
• Clear communication to explain complex analysis to non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail with objective, useful analysis.
• Curiosity and proactive approach with ability to build relationships and get things done.

Responsibilities
