Job summary

Intact Insurance is seeking a Senior Analytics and Insight Consultant to define the analytics strategy and roadmap, and to govern insights generation across the organization. You will lead adoption of analytics tooling and collaborate with business units, data teams and technology groups to maximise value from the data platform.

You'll drive thought leadership, define standards, and coordinate communities of practice to ensure data-driven decision-making across RSA's UK, Ireland and Europe

Qualifications

Proven analytics and insights enablement experience.
Experience in financial services or insurance helps translate analytics into business value.
Strong communication and collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define and drive analytics and insights strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead governance, standards and guardrails for insight creation and tool usage.
Develop and maintain a roadmap for analytics capabilities and adoption across units.
Own analytics tools and oversee ongoing maintenance, compliance and value delivery.
Engage business units and tech teams to prioritize initiatives and maximize data platform adoption.
