Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics or strategy consulting projects and managing client workstreams.
• Strong ability to frame ambiguous challenges and develop hypothesis-led approaches.
• Experience applying project planning, governance, scope, risk, budget and quality to consulting delivery.
• Clear, credible communication with senior stakeholders and ability to produce executive-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined strategic advisory engagements, framing ambiguous client challenges and translating evidence into actionable recommendations.
• Frame analytical questions and define delivery approaches aligned with project scope and outcomes.
• Scope analytical work by identifying tasks, dependencies, risks and resources.
• Manage day-to-day delivery of consulting engagements, including client communication and governance.
• Review analytical approaches and outputs for quality; escalate risks as needed.
• Perform detailed analysis across credit risk, scorecard development, portfolio reviews and segmentation.
• Facilitate workshops and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with the Senior Engagement Manager on larger programmes and commercial opportunities.
• Capture learnings to improve delivery quality and efficiency.
• Coach and support analysts and consultants through project work.
