Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Service Sales Consultant to drive new AMR revenue across the United Kingdom, targeting medium to large organisations and public sector accounts. You will work with national accounts and facilities management to expand the enterprise security services portfolio and deliver sustained growth.

You will build a robust pipeline, engage executive stakeholders, and navigate complex buying cycles.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience in a face-to-face B2B environment.
• Background in service or solution-based selling rather than product-only sales.
• Proven ability to develop accounts and generate profitable growth.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new AMR customers across the UK.
• Drive enterprise security solutions portfolio sales (products and services).
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline from self-generated and provided leads.
• Develop relationships with executive-level stakeholders and demonstrate value.
• Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers, including procurement and facilities management.
• Deliver consistent sales activity to meet/exceed targets.
• Create targeted account development plans to increase recurring revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new customers.
