The role emphasizes AML compliance and risk assessment while building solid client relationships and maintaining regulatory standards.

You will work with the Residential Property team to streamline onboarding processes and ensure accurate records for audits and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough checks on new and existing clients to evaluate risk profiles.
• Analyse client backgrounds and ownership structures to identify potential risks.
• Ensure client information is accurate, up-to-date, and well-organised.
• Report high-risk or suspicious clients to the compliance team for further investigation.
• Implement and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls in line with UK regulations.
• Identify and report suspicious transactions or activities to the compliance team.
• Stay informed about evolving regulations and adjust onboarding processes accordingly.
• Build positive relationships with clients, providing clear guidance on compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with the Residential Property team to improve onboarding processes.
• Maintain records of all compliance activities for audits and reporting.
• Prepare regular compliance status reports for senior management.
• Work closely with the compliance team to ensure best practices across the organisation.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
