Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in AML, risk or client onboarding.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and attention to detail.
• Commercially minded with ability to challenge partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client onboarding and matter onboarding.
• Oversee CDD, AML, KYC, sanctions and PEP screening.
• Review risk assessments and enhanced due diligence.
• Maintain compliance policies, procedures and registers.
• Conduct compliance audits and file reviews.
• Provide training and practical compliance guidance.
• Monitor regulatory developments and implement changes.
• Maintain compliance records and file closure processes.
