Liverpool Women’s Hospital is offering an exciting permanent, part-time role for an Ambulatory Coordinator to join the Admissions Team. The post is 30 hours per week and requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with patients, staff at all levels, and senior managers and clinicians.

You will take responsibility for managing consultant clinic diaries, analysing Patient Tracking List data, and maintaining theatre lists to prioritise urgent patients while achieving

Responsabilités

• Manage consultant clinic diaries and theatre/ambulatory capacity.
• Support Admissions Manager in complex theatre and ambulatory appointments.
• Analyse PTL data and ensure correct patient scheduling and data quality.
• Maintain clinicians’ theatre lists and prioritise urgent patients while meeting waiting time targets.
